MYO Melodi Dog - Shinji

My MYO Melodi Dog entry for the myo event. Even though submissions are from Aug1-Sept3, I couldn't stop myself from designing him already so I hope it's okay I did this early > <

Uhm, I hope I followed the rules hehe.
So this is Shinji, he is based off of Aoi Shouta's True Hearts, which is why I tried to include mostly hearts, but not overdoing them xD I based his outfit off of Aoi-san's PV outfit (which I hope is okay) _{In case you were wondering, the colors on his tail, ear tips, & chest fur is based off of Aoi-san's PV shirt.}

Backstory: I'm not really sure what to say about his backstory... He came from Japan, sang his first song during a karaoke session & fell in love with singing. Met me when I happened to be at a karaoke party.
Personality: He is really nice & definitely loves to act cute.
Likes: cakes -like me-, esp. strawberry shortcake; of course, karaoke & dancing; drawing on his free time; taking pictures, whether it be others/things/sceneries, or selfies! & likes to wear his hoodie a lot :3
Dislikes: those who look down on others; bullies

Erm, a backstory was difficult > <
Shinji is pretty much completely designed around the song, keeping in mind the meaning of the song & the artist. As said before, the design is based off of his outfit in his PV. Shinji's name comes from "shinjimasu 信じます", meaning to believe, & Shinji being used as a name is to bring belief to true love, if you will. The associated instrument is the piano because Aoi-san plays the piano xD The heart on the cheek is the color purple, from the color of Mikaze Ai in Uta-Pri, who Aoi-san voiced. There are no markings under his vest hoodie. The only markings are the purple heart on his left cheek (I know it shows on the right here, but it was easier to show xD) & the heart + wings on his right flank.

To be honest, this is the most in-depth I went on a character that's 'cause I seriously want him~
